Foundations of Directorship Online program will provide your leaders with a clear understanding of the duties and responsibilities of directors,the role the board plays, and how good governance will enhance your organisation’s performance.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM DELIVERED?
Foundations of Directorship Online is delivered as a flexible 11-week program (including pre-reading time
and optional assessment period). The program consists of six sessions that are delivered over three days of virtual classroom sessions utilising Zoom. Each session is led by expert facilitators who have applicable realworld experience and a talent for creating an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Director Mentorship Pilot Program

This training objective of the program is to develop a director mentorship program for women in PNG. The program will be piloted in the first quarter of this year in close partnership with Peopleconnexion, KPMG and In4net.
