The Business Coalition For Women is a registered non-profit organisation run via an elected board and bound by our constitution. Our board members are drawn from our member businesses and meet 3 – 4 times per year. Together, the Chair, Treasurer and one other board member comprise our board’s Executive Committee. A Port Moresby based secretariat led by an Executive Officer performs the Coalition’s day to day operational functions. Additional technical assistance and is provided from time-to-time by international experts with deep expertise in specific domains of knowledge, such as Family and Sexual Violence. Our accounts are audited annually.
