PSC Female Officers Attend BCFW Certificate IV Leadership & Management Course

A recent news story published by the Public Services Commission (PSC) shares the empowering story of two Female PSC Officers who are currently enrolled in the Business Coalition for Women’s Certificate IV in Leadership and Management Program.
The accredited Certificate IV course was launched in 2015 by the BCFW in collaboration with WINGS Education Ltd. The course is tailored to meet specific PNG industry and cultural needs. It has been carefully designed to develop the leadership and management skills of high potential women in the workforce who wish to take up supervisory or managerial posts.
