Leadership Training ROI for Business and Female staff

The Business Coalition for Women’s leadership training program has been featured in a two-page editorial in the Annual PNG Industry Overview 2021. The article states that:

Nearly 200 women from 60 organisations representing a diversity of industries all over the country have graduated from the Coalition’s Certificate IV in Leadership & Management, with many of them being promoted as a result.

Although the program was originally targeted high potential women in the corporate sector, it has since become popular with staff from the corporate sector, public sector, and aid organisations. The BCFW has also expanded it’s training offerings to include a Senior Executive Development Program as well as a PNG Directorship Course to offer women in senior roles the opportunity for additional professional development.
